Asst Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships (80%)Engage regularly with clients via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction. Use client feedback data, market insights, and internal / operational data to contribute to the development of the Strategic Partnerships plan, initiatives, and workstreams that accelerate growth and improves the client experience. Establish objectives and KPIs to deliver exceptional performance that is aligned to the overall Strategic Partnerships strategy. Develop and present insights, results, and regularly progress updates to stakeholders (and clients) in a compelling understand manner. Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that benefit a large set of clients by driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying procedures. Marketing (20%)Marketing Plan Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize the marketing plan. Strategy Oversight: Supervise the creation and execution of marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and generating leads. Campaign Management: Oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content marketing. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Performance Analysis: Analyse marketing performance and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Skills set and Qualifications Requirements : 3+ years professional experience in nurturing and growing client relationships Exposure with Data Centre industry is preferred. Demonstrated success identifying opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company services. Experience developing business plans with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across teams in a deadline driven environment. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, and ambiguity is the norm. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Ability to use data to analyse, report, and forecast to guide business decisions. Interpersonal Requirements : Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
