We are seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the development and enhancement of our IAM infrastructure, including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Management Systems, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our identity and access management technologies, focusing on PKI, certificate authority (CA), and identity governance. Your role will involve streamlining processes, improving operational support, and enhancing user experience, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and improve the IAM infrastructure, including PKI, Identity Management Systems, and SSO solutions.
Act as the technical lead and SME for PKI, CA, and identity governance technologies.
Manage vendors supporting the IAM systems to ensure smooth operations.
Review and upgrade IAM solutions to meet evolving business and security needs.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process streamlining.
Stay informed on industry best practices, security standards, and policies; implement necessary updates to maintain robust solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in deploying, administering, and supporting complex IAM systems, especially in PKI, CA, Identity Management, SSO, and Microsoft Active Directory.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for IAM and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving engineering challenges.
Preferred Experience
Experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions such as PKI, IDM, SSO, or MFA.
Understanding of identity governance and IT audit requirements.
Knowledge of industry best practices for IAM implementation and support.
Familiarity with security functions, including encryption, hashing algorithms, and cryptography.
Certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
