You will play a critical role as part of a larger team to ensure that JTC's interest as landowner is protected and the planning intention of JTC land is met.

You will play a critical role as part of a larger team to ensure that JTC's interest as landowner is protected and the planning intention of JTC land is met.
What You Will Be Working On
This includes the following:

  • Coordinating the evaluation of various development proposals submitted to JTC for landowner's consent to ensure inputs from relevant divisions within JTC are obtained, and with consistency across Clusters/Divisions.
  • Work closely with internal JTC divisions and stakeholders to review and streamline internal submission processes and assess impact of agencies' new guidelines or systems on internal submission processes and guidelines.
  • Work closely with building industry professionals such as architects, planners, engineers, surveyors, consultants as well as developers to guide them on submission processes, and review processes with received feedback.
  • As one of the key users of a JTC internal processing system to manage plan consent and service consultation cases, you will be expected to provide user requirements, review workflows & process re-engineering, be familiar with data related & system integration issues, coordinate user acceptance testing, and conduct stakeholders' engagement, training and change management
You are expected to be familiar with JTC's industrial estates, and with planning and infrastructure agencies' guidelines. You should be able to read and assess technical drawings for building & infrastructure projects from planning perspective, and be comfortable with communicating with people, have eyes for details and have good time management skills.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant Degree and experience in planning, architecture, real estate or other technical disciplines. Good written and communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Corenet & GIS will be an advantage.
