HR Shared Services Analyst

The HR Shared Services Analyst is an important contact for employees and managers in the respective region. The role is responsible for providing efficient, high quality people services to the business, and works collaboratively with HR colleagues to deliver an exceptional employee experience to our people. The remit of this role will continue to evolve in line with the transformation of the HR operating model and structure. Please note: This is a 12 month FTC About you Your experience and skills Strong HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle Excellent admin, organisation, and attention to detail First-level HR query handling and internal customer service Clear communication of HR policies and problem-solving Exceptional written and verbal communication Compliance-focused and committed to best practice Able to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines Collaborative and proactive team player High integrity and confidentiality Builds strong relationships across all levels Analytical, solutions-focused approach Tech-savvy; HRIS experience (Oracle preferred)Comfortable using data and analytics Your day to day You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with FSI values: Respond to manager and employee queries via in-person, phone, email, and chat, providing accurate advice on HR policies, processes, and systems Manage all stages of the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding Maintain and update HRIS (Oracle/MyHR), including employee data, org structures, and position management Support cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, remuneration processes, engagement surveys, compliance, and mandatory learning Continuously review and improve HR processes and workflows to enhance service delivery Assist with preparing and delivering regular HR metrics and reporting Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data entry for starters, exits, and position changes Coordinate internal HR communications, including regular ‘HR Updates’ for the intranet Collaborate with the broader HR team on projects and initiatives as needed About us At First Sentier Group, we believe it is our responsibility to help clients achieve the financial freedom they desire, unlocking a world of possibilities.
