We are looking for an experienced
Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Journey Lead
to shape and drive transformation in client onboarding and lifecycle management. This is a key leadership role that partners with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, client-first solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own the CLM journey, aligning with business goals and regulations.
Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Compliance, Operations, IT).
Leverage data & analytics to improve processes and measure success.
Identify and resolve client pain points while enhancing satisfaction.
Inspire teams and foster a culture of innovation.
About You
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years' experience in client lifecycle or product management.
Strong background in financial services and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Track record of leading large-scale transformation projects.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
