
Lead Guest Experience Associate

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Hospitality Assistant . As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
You will work closely with the assistant manager to provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently and tactfully to their complaints, requests, and enquiries. This will involve liaising with the concierge, reception, and front office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures, establishing contacts with house guests and long-staying guests, making courtesy calls, and requisitioning and keeping stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transportation, and general enquiries. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a dedication to crafting unforgettable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- O-Level or equivalent qualification
- Ability to perform rotating shifts
- Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
