What the role is: PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ENFORCEMENT, INVESTIGATIONS & INSPECTIONS What you will be working on: You will carry out investigations at sites and take enforcement actions against person(s) who import small mobility vehicles without a valid import permit, under the Small Mobility (Safety) Vehicles Act and its related subsidiary legislation, as well as other related offences under the Active Mobility Act. In addition, you will be monitoring the locations / sites for compliance and putting up Reports of Offence against offender(s). You will be involved in the management of public feedback related to the import of small mobility vehicles as well as other enforcement-related matters. Beyond these, you will work with other LTA's Divisions, external agencies, communities and the public to resolve multi-faceted issues. What we are looking for: Diploma in any discipline At least 1 year working experience in enforcement and/or service industry Positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment Enjoy meeting people and possesses a flair for customer service Bilingual with good analytical, communication and leadership skills Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team Having class 3 driving licence will be an advantage About Land Transport Authority The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore.
