Job Summary We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager in Singapore, focused on our ICT & Data Center sector. This hunter role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-performing M&E contractors with proven track records in winning major projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships and a strategic mindset to drive channel growth and project wins. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and recruit top-tier M&E contractors with successful project histories Develop and execute channel strategies to penetrate new verticals and regions Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support channel partners in project bidding and execution Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to inform strategy Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities Ensure partners are equipped with the latest product knowledge, tools, and support Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in M&E or IT Sector Proven success in identifying and onboarding high-performing contractors Strong network and relationships within the M&E contractor ecosystem Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a hunter role Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Industries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
