We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and VARs. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow our sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and VARs
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Train and support sales channels to ensure they have the knowledge and resources needed to sell our products and services
- Conduct regular business reviews with sales channels to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales activities and progress towards sales targets
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new leads

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of channel sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Availability for occasional travel to customer sites and industry events

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing distributors, resellers, or VARs
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
