Title: Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering Location: Jalan Buroh, SG, SG Global Business Unit: OTH Job Function: Finance Requisition Number: Description: The role partners closely with the business unit (BU) head and leadership team in ensuring the delivery of in year targets and developing longer term strategic plans for the BU. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Partnering with business unit and functions to develop and implement yearly operational plans (budget and forecasts). Report on business performance versus targets. Provide actionable insights on drivers and impact to business performance. Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting to global team on business unit performance. Proactively monitor and put in place performance reporting processes to BU leadership team to ensure both short-term and long-term objectives are met. Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to business performance early to local and global stakeholders. Business Partnering Work with business unit stakeholders to drive development of long-term financial plans. Partnering with business unit by delivering strategic financial insights to support day to day business decision making. Provide financial modelling, financial analysis and valuation support for M&A, client contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects. Stakeholder Management Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with business unit leadership teams and both local and global levels. Engage with business stakeholders on action plans to deliver business and financial objectives. Hold business stakeholders accountable for delivering on agreed actions to deliver business objectives. Key Requirements Functional skills and knowledge Demonstrated application in financial/accounting principles and performance management. Demonstrated experience to identify value drivers in business and how macro-economic market factors impact business. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis. Proficient in SAP and office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Prior industry experience will be an advantage. Education Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline Work Experience 8-10 years’ experience, with at least the last 3 years in a finance business partnering or FP&A role.
