Drive financial performance through insight, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Lead transformation initiatives such as system implementations and process improvements. Candidate Specification Essential: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role, ideally within a large multinational. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, building trusted relationships at senior levels. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid technical grounding in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
