This role will be a key interface between Finance and the business, providing strategic financial insight, driving performance management, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role partners with business leaders across respective departments to ensure delivery of financial and operational targets and sustainable growth within the insurance business.

Job Description:

- Partner with senior stakeholders including C-suite level as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead financial analysis of business performance, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forward-looking insights.
- Manage the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for designated business areas, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, product launches, and transformation projects.
- Prepare high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and commentary for management and executive review.
- Continuously enhance reporting processes, analytical tools, and performance measurement frameworks within the Finance Performance Management team.
- Ensure robust financial governance, compliance, and risk management across business areas.

Working Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, performance management, or business partnering, ideally within the life insurance industry.

Education
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or other professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA
- Degree in Actuarial
