Career Opportunity for Infant Educator
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants in a safe and stimulating environment.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing care to infants, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support infants' learning and growth.
- Monitor and record infants' development and well-being, providing regular updates to parents.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that supports infants' safety and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication about infants' progress and needs.
- Follow health, safety, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a secure environment for infants.
Requirements:
- A minimum GCE 'O' level or higher qualification, preferably with certifications in Early Childhood Education (Infant Care).
- Prior experience working with infants, with a passion for supporting their development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with parents and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality care.
- Knowledge of child development and safe infant care practices, with certification in first aid and CPR an advantage.
