We are seeking someone who is passionate about childcare and has a strong understanding of child development principles.

  • Promoting feelings of security and trust in infants and toddlers
  • Responding positively to infants and toddlers' needs, responses, and cues
  • Providing routine care such as bathing, feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing, and napping
  • Facilitating children's exploratory behavior, thinking, and learning
  • Planning and adapting activities to individual child's needs
  • Communicating effectively with infants, toddlers, their parents, and other staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Child Development Specialist: Promote the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants and toddlers
  • Primary Caregiver: Provide daily care and support for infants and toddlers, including feeding, bathing, and soothing
  • Learning Facilitator: Plan and adapt activities to meet the unique needs and interests of each child

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding of Child Development Principles: Demonstrate knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Effective Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and respectfully with infants, toddlers, parents, and other staff
  • Experience in Childcare and Education: Proven experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or educational setting

  • Childcare and Education: Strong background in childcare and education, with a focus on infant and toddler care
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
