We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Care Specialist to join our team of professionals in delivering exceptional care to new mothers and their babies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing personalized support and guidance to families during a critical period of their lives.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with adorable babies and support new mothers as they navigate the challenges of parenthood. As an Infant Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to infants, including feeding, bathing, and changing diapers. You will also assist parents in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions and provide guidance on breastfeeding and baby care techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess certification in nursing care, infant care or other relevant courses.
  • Good working attitude with ability to work in a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and resourceful.
  • Willingness to learn and to continuously improve.
  • Strong mindset to remain calm and patient.
  • Physically fit to carry out daily tasks of carrying infants, and standing for long hours.

Care Scheme

  • You would be granted a guaranteed extra SGD $30,000 total on top of your monthly salary should you stay with us for 5 years.
  • Our CARES scheme is superior to MOH's scheme, which only pays out SGD $5,000 ~ $15,000 total in 5 years.

Additional Information

  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Day shift: 8am - 8:30pm.
  • Night shift: 8pm - 8am, with night shift incentives.
  • 1.5 hours break included in shifts.
