Job Title: Infant Care Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with infants and young children, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
- Provide nurturing care for infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate infants' physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages infants' social interactions and curiosity.
- Monitor infants' health and development, and report any concerns to management.
- Establish and maintain good communication with parents regarding their child's progress, routines, and needs.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning and caregiving experience.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Infant Care, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Infant and Toddler Care (if applicable).
- A passion for working with infants and young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child development milestones and early childhood practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
