A global financial services organization is hiring for a Technical Client Services Analyst. This is a permanent role based in Singapore, operating on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days in the office. This role will require some travel to international client sites.
You will be responsible for onboarding clients, implementation, managing production and technical support issues, managing initial project scoping and planning, working with data, being the primary point of contact for the client, and using APIs.
Skills and Experience:
Degree-educated within a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Finance, Data Science)
Between 2-4 years experience in a similar role
Strong expertise in MS Word, Excel (VBA), Linux / command line / SQL, Python, AWS
Understanding of Derivatives and Capital Markets
Experience with APIs
Ability to create and manipulate structured data
Working with JSON files
