DNV Maritime Academy Region South East Asia, Pacific & India, offers training solutions to external clients in the field of Maritime and Offshore related services. The region covers major countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia/New Zealand. This is a region of strategic importance to DNV and hosts a large maritime cluster, including a high concentration of clients in Singapore which is a major hub for maritime business as well as offshore newbuilding and conversion activities.
DNV’s Maritime Academy Singapore has grown significantly over the past years and has been very actively interacting with our clients. The route to global success is characterized by delivery of high standard content as well as design and structure of up-to-date topics delivered by qualified experts.

Major Duties
Perform administrative support to the unit: Preparation of all the necessary items for the training programme.
Support to facilitate live online and physical training course to ensure smooth running of programme.
Maintain records in internal systems.
Qualifications
At least diploma qualification.
Meticulous, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
