The Digital Communications & Sales Enablement team takes ownership of all DNV Maritime’s digital communication channels and leads the planning, alignment, implementation and execution of digital commerce campaigns. In addition, the team has a clear objective to aim their marketing efforts at valuable digital lead generation. To achieve this, the team defines and optimizes the end-to-end omni-channel marketing and sales process in close cooperation with our global sales and business development organisation. We are looking for an ambitious, digitally savvy and daring Digital Marketing Manager to lift our global digital marketing activities to the next level. The team has a clear growth ambition and is looking for a self-driven colleague that is a natural team player and loves to work in an international, dynamic and agile environment with many opportunities. The position will be based in Singapore with a strong focus to support global digital commerce ambitions and will report to the Head of Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement. Your Responsibilities include: Facilitate the development of customer-centric value propositions and product-market match as the basis for digital marketing and commerce activities. Drive our digital commerce agenda and ability to facilitate and scale our B2 B digital sales touchpoints. Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development on omni-channel demand generation, lead nurturing and lead follow-up to achieve high levels of collaboration and integration. Manage integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns with smart segmentations to achieve set objectives and grow sales. Develop a best-in-class, digital user experience across relevant touch points along the entire end-to-end customer journey. Minimum Requirements: Digital mindset with a high motivation and affinity to work with a state-of-the-art marketing technology. Excellent team-player, open to collaborate and share with the ability to also get things done independently. Strategic and operational communication experience in digital marketing techniques from mass to tailored personal communication. High proficiency in English orally and in writing. Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications, digital or marketing role.
