Then read onResponsibilities Manage consumables quotations and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up for Singapore markets. Provide first-level technical support to customers relating to consumables. Forecasting and budgeting reports for SEA. Distributors contract and pricing management for SEA: manage distributors' contracts and compliance platform, and provide pricing support to distributors. Support SEA marketing activities and post SNS marketing ads with marketing-driven qualified lead analysis, working with external vendors and internal marketing and product management teams. Provide ad-hoc business support for the commercial team. Qualifications Minimum Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. CRM systems, ideally SFDC, with intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, data sorting and filtering). Preferred/Plus Development of dashboards in business visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Advanced Excel skills such as PowerQuery, PowerAutomate.
