The Field Operations Analyst – APJ will support the APJ Field Operations Director with GEO and region priorities and initiatives. Engaging in cross-region activity, operational deliverables and business transformation.
What You'll Do At Pega
Execute day-to-day operational activity of Field Operations function. Includes supporting Pega’s Client Growth Cadence, preparing analysis and presentations for QBRs.
Support visiting global executives across the APJ region by coordinating with GTM teams on calendar alignment, meeting preparation, and briefing materials to maximize executive impact in the field.
Prepare ad-hoc Sales Automation reports utilizing SAP HANA and PowerBi for analysis with APJ business partners and provide first-tier support, triage and training.
Create and maintain Sales Org Structure for all APJ regions.
Monitor Operator Hierarchy in SA and ensure it is set up correctly for all APJ regions. Report any misalignments to relevant departments.
Providing support during key APJ cadence calls: Forecast, Pipeline, and QBRs.
Maintain email distribution lists for APJ Sales team and Sales Management.
Maintain APJ Field Operations team shared assets (SharePoint).
Provide first-tier support, triage and training on Field Operations systems and tools.
Liaise with multiple business units across Pega as requested by Field Operations.
Engage in ad hoc projects as requested.
