Our Minus Calories Near Infra-Red Regime simulates outdoor training by using aided Near Infra-red light to warm up the body in 5 to 10 minutes. This allows you to start burning fat and calories immediately, compared to the 20 to 30 minutes typically needed with normal exercises. This process speeds up fat and calorie burning, making your workout time-efficient and requiring less effort, while also helping to build stamina.
The regime can be programmed to suit your comfort and stamina levels.
