Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including VARs, distributors, and system integrators.
Build joint business plans with partners, ensuring alignment with company objective
Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize their performance.
Provide partners with sales support, product training, and marketing resources.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and conflict resolution.
Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and close deals.
Support joint customer engagements, presentations, and demonstrations.
Monitor partner pipeline, forecast accurately, and track KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure partner success.
Provide market feedback and competitive insights to product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the software/IT industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and joint sales activities.
