Note: This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Missions / Main Duties Contract and claims administration and coordination (investigating and preparing contractual letters) in close collaboration with each contract package technical team. Review and verification of proposed Project Change Requests, Variations, and quantum assessments; work with schedulers to assess Extensions of Time (EoT); prepare evaluations and seek agreements and determinations as necessary. Monitor and follow up on potential claims; maintain contract compliance dashboards and ensure information is up to date for client sharing. Organize meetings with Contractor packages autonomously or as directed by the Contract & Claims Director or Project Director to fulfill project objectives. Ensure compliance with respective contracts, national and international standards and legislation. Prepare reports, recommendations, evaluations and full quantum assessments of each submitted claim. Provide cover for the Contract & Claims Director on leave. Experience Required Minimum 10 years in consulting, mega projects, or EPC environments, including at least 5 years in Railway/Claims/Contracts on similar scale projects. Metro or Railway project experience is essential; international experience on difficult, fast-paced projects with high workloads is preferred. Very strong Excel skills (quantum cost assessment in Excel); ability to assess delay analyses with the project schedule team. Experience in delay analysis for EOT claims; maintain records of delays and contribute to strategies to claim delays. Ability to manage external specialists for delay analyses, prepare claims defenses, or respond to claims as directed by the line Manager. Profile / Skills Contractor or consultant background BSc/BA/MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management MRICS (attained in Europe) or equivalent MCIARB (not essential)LLM or SQE 1 & 2 is a plus but not essential Western education; native English speaker or high business fluency for report writing Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.
