We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing stock receiving, checking and labeling of incoming goods. They will also perform inventory control, stock replenishment and daily cycle count updates to ensure accurate tracking of products.

In addition, the Warehouse Operations Coordinator will manage products loading and unloading, ensuring proper storage and safety handling practices are followed. This role also involves supporting monthly and quarterly stocktake exercises to maintain an up-to-date record of our inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Receive, check and label incoming goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and update inventory levels regularly to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Daily Cycle Count Updates: Conduct daily counts to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Loading and Unloading: Manage the safe and efficient loading and unloading of products.
  • Stocktakes: Assist in conducting monthly and quarterly stocktakes to maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail, warehouse or storekeeping is highly desirable.
