We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
  • Verifying inventory levels and managing stockroom organization
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of goods
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
  • A valid forklift license is an asset
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with physical demands
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
