Warehouse Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and ensure accurate records.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers to address issues or discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports from system.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to operations manager and assist in other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (SAP) and other relevant software.
