About the Role
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for daily order processing, ensuring seamless logistics coordination.
  • Arrange orders to be picked, packed, and ready for collection/delivery, maintaining high standards of efficiency.
  • Liaise with logistics partners and stakeholders for timely shipments, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for all orders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize warehouse processes.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements
  • Proficient in computer software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and shipping processes is an advantage.
  • Bilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
