The Company: A leading logistics company is expanding the team and is looking for Helpdesk Engineers . The Role: Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers experiencing issues via email, phone calls and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, guide users through solutions and ensure a positive customer experience. Proactively engage with customers to promote the use of applications, highlighting their benefits and features. Educate users on software functionalities and encourage the adoption of new features. Actively gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences. Document and categorize customer feedback, ensuring clarity and detail. Regularly report customer feedback to the application owner for improvements. Requirements: With 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Technology and applications support related role with helpdesk experience. Good working knowledge of web-based and eCom, CRM, logistics applications.
