Head of Strategic Marketing

Key Accountabilities Own the cluster strategy to ensure close cooperation between indirect and direct sales channels throughout the customer journey; align channel sizing and supporting structures with Festo’s growth and cost objectives. Further develop the Marketing/Sales Analytics function, focusing on leveraging analytics to support the sales organization, enhance business processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Take responsibility for the cluster pricing function and its deliverables. Oversee governance of customer and contact data, ensuring their integration and availability within sales applications. Further develop and sustainably implement the Sales Operating Model (referenceorganization) to drive efficiency and harmonize sales approaches. Lead the global Market Management network. Professional Knowledge and Experiences 5-7 years of relevant experience Leadership experience and ability to motivate and inspire high performance. Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies, including deriving strategic action areas and defining implementation initiatives. Strong analytical skills and proven success in using analytics to improve sales performance. Experience with marketing and sales approaches in a highly competitive environment.
