Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage with potential clients across various industries, focusing on those needing customized software solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client pain points and business objectives to propose tailored software solutions that add value.
Lead Management:
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by leveraging CRM tools and actively following up on leads.
Presentations & Demos:
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate the benefits of our customized solutions.
Proposal Development:
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts that address client needs and align with their budgets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless communication of client requirements and project feasibility.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Key Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the IT or software industry.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and customization processes.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track performance.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Required Personal Experience, Abilities, and Skills:
Sales track record in relevant industry.
Singaporeans only.
Expected Start Date: ASAP.
Commission is applicable on top of basic salary.
