Handle written enquiries related to individual income tax and/or property tax. Encourage taxpayers to fulfil their tax obligations by promoting the use of digital services. Promote and guide taxpayers in using e-services and the chatbot. Perform day-to-day administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Possesses minimum GCE 'A' Level.
