As part of the Global Operations team, you will be working closely with both Distribution and Global Client Implementation teams. The role holder will be responsible for leading and executing the relevant tasks in accordance with established processes and procedures. This role is integral to the diligent and efficient delivery of all aspects of client implementation.
A key aspect of this role will be to support the Global Head of Client Implementation and Change in the leadership and development of all members of staff in the team, through line management, coaching and leading by example.
The role will oversee the coordination and execution of activities throughout the client lifecycle, necessitating the ability to seamlessly transition between analytical tasks and strategic implementation as required.
Specifically, the role will have responsibility for tasks/projects relating to:
Client change – all client onboarding and lifecycle management for wholesale distribution clients
Contracts governance – all aspects of administration, mainly for wholesale distribution agreements. Knowledge on Investment Management Agreements will provide additional benefit
Client centricity – ensuring our clients always receive a consistently high-quality experience with FSI.
Process management, risk management, and continuous improvement.
About you
Your Experience and Skills
Degree-qualified or equivalent.
Financial services experience, ideally in asset management or servicing.
Proven team leadership and coaching experience.
Strong multitasking and deadline management.
Analytical with high attention to detail.
Resilient and goal-oriented.
Confident communicator across all levels.
Highly organised; familiarity with change management is a plus.
Solid understanding of FATCA/CRS, AML/KYC, and risk assessment.
Knowledge of Singapore Unit Trust operations.
Client-focused, results-driven, and accountable.
Skilled at influencing and building strong relationships.
Committed to quality outcomes and team collaboration.
Your Day-to-Day
Client Change
Main contact for client onboarding—especially pooled fund clients.
Coordinate onboarding with internal teams using industry and internal processes.
Manage transitions and exits for pooled fund clients.
Ensure activities align with FSI Risk Appetite Statement.
Oversee service provider engagement.
Contracts Governance
Manage and improve agreement processes (distribution, platform, rebate, terms of business).
Coach team on wholesale distribution agreements.
Monitor client/distributor/platform holdings with stakeholders.
Champion excellent client experience internally and externally.
Lead by example and coach others in client-first mindset.
Act on feedback to improve processes.
Ensure risk procedures are followed and drive continuous improvement.
Process & Risk Management
Keep procedures and checklists up to date.
Generate MI data as needed.
Coordinate client change forums across investment and distribution teams.
Coaching & Leadership
Support team development and retention through role modelling.
Promote a caring, collaborative, and wellbeing-focused culture.
