Monthly billing report updating. Customer and Shipment Coordination To liaise and follow up with customers on the delivery status. To perform proper follow-up procedures on all expedited shipments. To check shipment status. Collaboration and Information Flow To work collaboratively with the warehouse and transport team to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy in the shipments. Other Duties To report any service-related issues, escalations, or failures to the supervisor. Any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Proven experience in a logistics, shipping, or operations role is preferred. Experience with shipment documentation is an advantage. Familiarity with transport and warehouse operations, as well as coordination with cross-functional teams, is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members. Ability to follow up on issues, escalate problems, and provide clear status updates. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipment status updates, documentation, and reporting. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environments.
