Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as we strive to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient performance and maximum productivity.
  • Team Leadership : Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Talent Development : Train new employees and develop existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our cafes.
  • Problem Resolution : Respond to customer complaints promptly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring : Plan team workloads and schedules, monitor sales results and productivity, and report to management.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure that all food and beverages meet high standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience : Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B industry required.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Organizational Ability : Strong organizational and multitasking skills necessary.
  • Physical Demands : Ability to stand for long periods required.
