Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverages.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Talent Development: Train new employees and mentor existing staff to improve their performance and contribution.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our cafes.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Plan team workloads and schedules, monitor sales results and productivity, and report to management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B industry required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational and multitasking skills necessary.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods required.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
