Cafe Manager Job Opportunity

The successful Cafe Manager will oversee the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities include implementing, enforcing, and maintaining brand and outlet Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and service quality.

They will be able to resolve issues and address customer complaints effectively, while also conducting regular performance evaluations to offer coaching and feedback to team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, as well as 2-3 years of managerial experience within the food and beverage industry.

A strong understanding of inventory management, multitasking skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

  • Requirements:
    • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
    • Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
    • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff
    • 2-3 years of managerial experience within F&B industry
    • Strong multitasking skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • 5-day workweek with availability on weekends
