Lead Cafe Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven cafe manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cafe operations, staff, and customer service, while maintaining high standards of quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.

2. Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business and increase revenue.

3. Operational Excellence:
- Manage daily cafe operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control to ensure a great customer experience.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to optimize profitability.

4. Sales and Growth:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the business owner to develop promotions and events that drive sales and customer engagement.

5. Financial Management:
- Manage cafe finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure optimal profitability.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a cafe manager or similar role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
2. Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.

3. Qualifications:
