Job Title: Organisational Change Management Expertise

Job Description:

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive change strategy and plan to embed organisational change across the organisation. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in organisational change management, including complex target operating model changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of key C&E deliverables within the overall book of work leveraging best practice approaches.
  • Act as an advocate for and SME of the OCM/C&E discipline within the broader enterprise.
  • Collaborate with other HR and business projects to manage interdependencies, identify synergies and coordinate deployment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, including complex target operating model changes.
  • Expertise in communications, stakeholder management, transformation, training curriculum development and facilitation.
  • Certification in change management methodologies such as PROSCI or Agile Change Management is preferred.
