We are seeking a seasoned Organisation Development Professional to join our HR team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manpower planning, organisational development and change management. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business units to evaluate and support reorganisation initiatives, providing strategic guidance on manpower structures and staffing needs.
  • Identifying and recommending reorganisation opportunities, focusing on areas with functional overlaps or high administrative workload that can be streamlined or automated.
  • Leading the annual manpower budgeting exercise, reviewing and validating headcount requirements across departments to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of workforce metrics and dashboards to support strategic planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in manpower planning and organisational development, with a proven track record of implementing enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Experience in organisational design, particularly within a consulting environment, will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
