Description Order Operations Specialist (Contract to Start) - Singapore Join Tesla as an Order Operations Specialist (Contract to Start) in Singapore. This role involves managing vehicle sales and delivery processes, tracking orders from deposit to revenue recognition, and overseeing vehicle registration. The position requires collaboration with regional teams to ensure exceptional support and customer experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Operations teams to improve workflows and implement automation to enhance efficiency. Develop and support internal operational solutions for new sales initiatives. Manage vehicle registration processes, including online systems, fee calculations, document generation, and fee reconciliation. Handle Certificate of Entitlement bidding and applications. Maintain accurate records in compliance with local regulations. Conduct performance reviews of new programs and track outcomes. Manage multiple projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Create internal process documentation for customer-facing teams. Participate in global projects as needed. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in order operations, logistics, or related roles. Exceptional time management and attention to detail. Strong understanding of CRM systems and IT support for sales processes. Ability to work well in teams and maintain vendor relationships. High problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and relevant local language.
