This position involves assisting in the development and execution of both internal and external communications, coordinating corporate events and marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective collaboration across internal departments and with external partners.The ideal candidate will help plan and implement integrated marketing activities, including product marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer or employee engagement programs. The candidate will also manage the creation of social media content and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, the role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to drive corporate surveys, events, and brand-building efforts that strengthen the company's market presence and internal culture.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications (announcements, press releases, newsletters, etc.). Coordinate and manage corporate events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities from planning through execution. Develop and manage social media content and marketing materials aligned with the company's brand and communication strategy. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to deliver effective marketing initiatives, including surveys, events, and brand promotions. Support product marketing efforts, including product launches, marketing collateral development, web-page updates and go-to-market activities. Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, develop, and refine marketing messages for insurance products that meet market demands and align with the company's goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing and communication touchpoints. Ensure that corporate materials comply with brand guide. Provide support to other corporate marketing and/or company initiatives as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or communications. Strong communication, writing, project management and organisational skills. Experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools is an advantage. Experience in financial services or related industry preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
