**Position title**:
Senior Executive (Corporate Communications and Fundraising)

**Reporting to**:
Executive Director (ED)

**About the role**:
Clarity Singapore Limited is looking for a Senior Executive to synergistically drive the charity’s corporate communications efforts and fundraising initiatives in service of the charity’s beneficiaries. Prior experience in the charities / non-profit sector and an appreciation of the charity’s work in the mental health space will be advantageous.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Planning and execution of the charity’s communications strategy in-line with its mission and values
- Work alongside ED to plan and execute sustainable fundraising initiatives, including the engagement of key / potential sponsors
- Design and implement donor stewardship for the charity’s donors
- Work with service provider to optimize users’ experience of the charity’s website, including web content management
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders in the development of outreach programs to ensure alignment with overall communications strategy
- Key creator / liaison person for the charity’s marketing collaterals (print & digital)
- Assume ad-hoc projects or initiatives from time to time

**Requirements**:

- A recognized degree in relevant fields
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications and fundraising work, preferably in charities or non-profit sector
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior management of potential corporate sponsors
- Prior experience in organizing fundraising events
- Familiar with IT platforms / tools, digital and print media channels and marketing collaterals
- Excellent problem solver and flexible to work independently / as part of a team
