Education & Certification
Secondary education preferred
Experience
Minimum 1 year housekeeping operations experience
Other Prerequisites
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively; convey information to team members and liaise with stakeholders on their needs and requirements
Able to communicate effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking guests
Able to give clear instructions over the phone
Obtaining and ensuring the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work
Relevant experience in a hospitality environment
