We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Product Owner to lead the development of a new application concept focused on enhancing the management and customer experience of airport lounges. This role will be instrumental in shaping the early stages of the product, including defining key features and establishing the vision and strategy. As the Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive the concept forward, from ideation to MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and beyond. Collaborate with stakeholders to define an initial product vision and identify potential use cases for the airport lounge management system. Develop a flexible roadmap that can evolve based on insights from ongoing research, feedback, and pilot testing. Work closely with airport and lounge stakeholders to explore and document high-level requirements and desired features. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights into pain points, operational needs, and customer expectations. Create and manage a product backlog based on early-stage requirements and feature ideas, prioritizing items that support the MVP. Continuously refine and adapt backlog priorities as new information becomes available and project goals evolve. Partner with UX/UI designers to create early-stage prototypes that communicate the core user experience. Support initial usability testing and concept validation to gather critical feedback and iteratively improve the design. Work alongside development teams to deliver an MVP, focusing on core functionalities and rapid iterations based on testing. Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure that development aligns with evolving product goals. Identify key performance indicators to track for the MVP, enabling data-driven insights and adjustments. Support the setup of initial analytics tools and data collection methods for monitoring user interactions and engagement. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, updating them on project progress, risks, and feedback. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, aligning expectations as the project evolves. Qualifications & Requirements Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within software development or product management. Flexible Approach to Product Development, comfortable with evolving requirements and open-ended problem-solving. Excellent Communication Skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders and aligning expectations across different phases. Experience with user research, prototyping, and concept testing. Ability to identify early-stage metrics and interpret data to inform iterative improvements Nice to Have Experience in the travel, hospitality, or airport management sectors. Familiarity with customer experience principles in high-traffic, service-oriented environments. Knowledge of product analytics and early user testing methods.
