The Role As an Operations Executive, you will be an essential part of our operations team, supporting the installation, servicing, and maintenance of our scenting systems across client sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals passionate about technical work, customer interaction, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll gain exposure to diverse commercial environments, from hotels and retail to corporate offices, ensuring that every site reflects the signature Engel’s Sense experience. Experience will include Support the installation of fragrance systems and related equipment at client sites Perform scheduled maintenance, refilling, and troubleshooting of scenting units Ensure quality and safety standards are met across all service operations 2.Customer Support Attend to client service requests and perform timely corrective actions Maintain professionalism and represent Engel’s Sense as a trusted service partner Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients on site issues and resolutions 3.Operational Support Manage service schedules and ensure accurate reporting after each visit Assist in maintaining inventory of fragrance oils and equipment parts Provide feedback to improve service processes and operational efficiency What You Will Gain Professional Growth: Hands-on training in scenting technology and maintenance Dynamic Environment: Work across premium commercial sites in Singapore Career Progression: Opportunities to grow into senior technician or operations roles Personal Development: Exposure to customer engagement and service excellence What You Should Bring Experience: 0–2 years in technical servicing, maintenance, or fieldwork Technical Skills: Basic mechanical or electrical understanding preferred. Prior experience or knowledge in HVAC systems preferred Technical Skills (continued): Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to create documents, reports, presentations, and manage communications Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn Communication: Positive attitude, good teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset Other: Class 3 Driving License preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
