Key Responsibilities:
ISCA Partnerships Programme
Support coordination and collaborative initiatives with ISCA's Sponsors and Partners
Manage timelines of partnership entitlements
Manage relationship with existing partners
Execute partnership entitlements and provide performance metrics of entitlements
Manage onboarding and billing of sponsors
Answering sponsors and partners enquires relating to sponsorship
Support in planning of events and all other sponsored events
Events & Conferences
Support in content curation for conferences and events
Support invitation of participants to conferences and events
Speaker management for conferences and events
Support in development of conference & exhibitor activities
Administrative & Operational Support
Support in minutes taking of meetings
Administrative support & organisation of Conferences and Events including event planning, online registration set-up, monitoring registrations, logistics support, enquiries, speaker and partner coordination
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management or related discipline
1 - 3 year of relevant experience in related field
Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive work attitude
Able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
Able to multi-task and willing to take on new projects
Able to work individually as well as a team player
