**Your Team**

The Marketing Partnership Specialist will work with the larger marketing team in strategizing and executing partnership model and ecosystem mainly across fitness, wellness and lifestyle categories.

He/She will serve as an immediate point-of-contact between 3rd party entities and the brand in ensuring collaborations and co-driven marketing initiatives run smooth and successfully.

He/She is expected to hunt for new collaborations with 3rd party brands.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in engagements with multi-functional teams
- Deliver conversions resulting from various partnership-building activities to hit Business Targets
- Successful management of the Partner’s ecosystem, in ensuring the Brand is represented correctly in co-shared activities
**Responsibilities of the role**
- Source and negotiate partnerships across lifestyle, fitness and wellness categories
- Management of the Partner’s ecosystem, in ensuring the Brand is represented advantageously and correctly in co-branded activities
- Develop partnership proposals and performance in a structured way using data e.g., breakeven analysis, cost breakdown ratio etc
- Work with the larger Marketing Team in ensuring co-authored campaigns are run smoothly
**Qualifications**
- A university degree in Marketing/Business
- Applicants with compensating experience in F&B/Wellness segments partnership-building in place of degree are welcomed to apply
- 3+ years’ experience in a Partnerships and Marketing and Business Development role
- Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and executional skills
- Digitally-savvy
- An ability to build and maintain rapport with external partners and stakeholders
- Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities
- Excellent project management and analytical abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
