Immersive Experiences Coordinator
This position involves delivering engaging puzzle-based adventures as part of a dynamic team. The Immersive Experiences Coordinator will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for players throughout their challenge, ensuring seamless transitions before, during, and after the event.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to ensure player satisfaction
- Oversee game operations, resetting games to maintain high standards
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Work collaboratively with the team to design innovative experiences
- Process transactions, manage shop inventory, and monitor finances
- Foster online presence and develop creative marketing campaigns
We're Looking For:
- A passion for puzzles and immersive entertainment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
About Working Conditions:
  • Location: Central Singapore
  • Hours: 42-hour retail roster (including Public Holidays and Weekends)
  • Working Days: 5 Days / week
