Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Escape Room Experience Specialist. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences to our players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Game Management: Ensure our players have a thrilling and seamless experience before, during, and after their escape room challenge.
  • Shop Operations: Maintain top-notch hygiene and shop standards in our escape rooms.
  • Cashiering & Admin: Handle daily sales tallies and ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Social Media & Promotions: Assist in shaping our online presence and creating engaging marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a passion for puzzles, escape rooms, and immersive entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Quick problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and cashiering operations.

Working Conditions:
  • Location: Central Singapore (Dhoby Ghaut/Bencoolen)
  • Hours: 42-hour retail roster (able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends)
